SUPPORT ORIGIN THEATRE COMPANY

As we prepare for both our 25th Anniversary Season as well as the 20th Annual 1st Irish Theatre Festival, we would like to take stock of just some of our accomplishments over the years. Origin has proudly:

Produced and curated the first and only annual theatre festival in the world exclusively dedicated to Irish playwrights.
Introduced more than 400 Irish and Irish American playwrights to New York audiences and supported the work of over 5,000 theatre artists.
Produced one of Ireland's finest living dramatists Enda Walsh's first ever professional production in the United States.
Produced and presented at least 10 New York Times Critics Picks.
Presented U.S. and World Premieres of plays and musicals that have gone on to some of the world biggest stages, including Broadway (Paradise Sqaure), London's West End (On Blueberry Hill), and The Kennedy Center (Misterman).
Created a thriving, community-based ecosystem of Irish and European diaspora artists in New York City through our on-going public programs and events.
