Did you know that the modern holiday of Halloween traces its origins to the ancient Irish festival of Samhain?

No one celebrates Halloween quite like the Irish. For centuries, Samhain has marked the end of summer and the beginning of winter—a time of transition, when the veil between the living and the dead is believed to grow thin. As October draws to a close, the spirits come a-calling!

Join Origin Theatre Company, in partnership with Irish American Writers & Artists, for a delicious evening of traditional Irish ghost stories, music, and cocktails as we celebrate the ancient Irish traditions behind the spookiest night of the year.
